[ Reports ]
You already collect the numbers.
Support messages. Website analytics. A spreadsheet someone built once and nobody touches now.
Nobody has time to read any of it. So you decide on a gut feeling instead.
That is the gap. Not the data. Actually reading it.
[ 01 - What the agents do ]
Here's the plain version.
Our agents are computer workers. Each one does one job.
One agent reads your support messages and groups them by what is actually wrong, not by a random category picked off a list.
Another watches new customers signing up, or people buying again, and tells you in plain English what changed and why.
A third checks your team's own numbers the same way we check our own work. Against a clear target. We show the misses. We do not hide them.
You stop hunting for the number.
It arrives already explained.
[ 02 - What a month looks like ]
A report arrives. One page, not twenty.
It says what changed since the last one, and why, in plain English.
If a number moved because of something real, it tells you what. If nothing changed, it says that too.
You read it in a few minutes. Then you get back to running the business.
[ 03 - What the report card shows ]
Once a month, you get a one-page report card on the reporting itself.
It shows whether the numbers arrived on time, whether they were right, and what we changed if they were not.
Your report card arrives every month, from your first month. We hold it to the same standard we use on ourselves.
If we will not hide our own numbers, we are not going to hide yours.
Sample format. Your first real one arrives a month after we start.
Forward us the report nobody read.
We will show you the one-page version.
Or email vaibhav@bloosprout.co.uk. You will get a real reply.
