Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 August 2026

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and improve your experience.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies and browser storage to:

  • Remember your choices (cookie consent, theme preference)
  • Enable the booking calendar (Cal.com) to function
  • Count visits and see which pages people read, if you accept analytics

Analytics only run if you press Accept on the cookie banner. Press Reject and we load nothing: no Google Analytics, no PostHog, and no cookies from either. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.

The consent and theme entries are browser storage (localStorage), not cookies. They never leave your device and stay until you clear them. The analytics entries are different. They are only set if you accept, and the data they carry is sent to Google and PostHog.

Analytics data goes to two companies. Google Analytics is run by Google, which stores the data on servers in the United States. PostHog is on PostHog's EU servers in Germany. Both are covered in our Privacy Policy.

Cal.com may set additional cookies when you use the booking widget. See Cal.com's privacy policy for details.

4. Managing cookies

You can change your cookie choice at any time. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer, and the banner asks you again with a fresh choice. If you switch from Accept to Reject we stop the analytics scripts and delete the cookies they set.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies via settings. Note: blocking essential cookies may affect site functionality (e.g. booking, theme).

5. More information
