- Agree what is worth improving.
A scope you can decide on.
From input to decision
Keep useful judgement
in the loop.
Explore a simple enquiry example. The right solution depends on your workflow, systems and the people who own the work.
Start with the actual enquiry.
Use a sample of the work to understand what arrives, what is missing and where someone has to step in.
A website for our new space
We’re opening a new workspace. Could you help us put together a website?
We have the name and some photographs, but we’re still working out the pages.
Start with the actual enquiry. Use a sample of the work to understand what arrives, what is missing and where someone has to step in.
A useful decision
before a build.
If you commission implementation, the £950 is credited against the agreed project fee.
Talk about a reviewSee the process clearly.
A focused working session, an agreed sample and a map of the handoffs, repetition and exceptions.
Know what is worth changing.
A baseline and practical options, including existing tools, running costs and human checks.
Have a scoped next step.
Written recommendations and an implementation option with an agreed outcome and acceptance checks.
The review stands on its own. Implementation, software, extensive data cleanup and additional workflows are scoped separately.
When you are ready to build
A solution.
An agreed project fee.
Define the result, the scope and how we will check it. Then agree the price, delivery dates and handover before implementation begins.
Before we talk
A few useful
answers.
Does the solution have to use AI?
No. The review can recommend a better process or a feature in software you already use. AI earns its place when it helps solve the actual task.
Can this include a knowledge base, voice agent or custom tool?
Yes, when it fits the agreed problem. We will check the data, integrations, running costs and points that need human approval before recommending a particular approach.
How do you set the implementation price?
The quote covers an agreed solution and acceptance criteria. Complexity, system access, data readiness and the business outcome shape the scope. Extra work is agreed and priced separately before it starts.
What happens after handover?
The project scope will explain ownership, documentation and the agreed correction period. Ongoing monitoring or improvements can be quoted separately, with a named owner for the workflow.
Which task would you change first?
